- having a shot lasting no longer than 3-5 seconds at a time, makes it more interesting to watch.
- having a good performer. you need someone to work the camera and not just stand there.
- if its not an narrative make sure it has a good performance. however makesure that the narrative matches the genre, for example a pop song will be about a girl/boy falling in love.
